I was looking to buy some flooring after chatting with a rep, but then I found out they entered the wrong details in their system and don’t actually have the product available. I thought I had given the right info since I clearly mentioned the SKU number and the company's bankruptcy situation. The item is still listed on their site, though. Now, I'm just sitting here waiting for a response about the money that was charged to us.

What a nightmare! I got a shipment of 12 boxes of Kahrs Vinyl flooring, and they were all wrecked. When I reached out to check on my claim, all I got was, "For your convenience, our team provides claim updates via email every time we get an update or response. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." I can totally see why there are so many bad reviews now. I used to think they were exaggerating, but dealing with this company is no joke. Regal Floor Coverings also goes by other names like Noble Floors, and my credit card statement even says Gila Floor Coverings. It's a real struggle to get any sort of response about fixing this mess.

I really hope this gets sorted out soon.

As of September 19, 2022: Still waiting on my refund for the damaged flooring. All 12 ruined packages are still sitting at my place. No word from Regal Flooring despite my numerous calls and emails.

I purchased over 1300 square feet of LVP from Regal. The sales rep was super knowledgeable and really helpful. She addressed all my inquiries and guided me through the ordering process. Regal kept me updated on the delivery of my flooring, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Big thanks to the team!

David was super helpful and friendly over the phone. He walked me through everything, and my floors arrived sooner than I thought they would!

Alphonso, the sales rep, was super helpful. He found the item we were looking for, gave us a quote, and helped with the pickup. We got the product on time, and it was in great shape. Overall, everything went off without a hitch.

I let them know what I was looking for, and just 4 hours later, I got a call offering me the exact item at a lower price.

Regal offers fantastic customer support and reasonable prices. I totally suggest them for any of your flooring requirements.

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my whole life. They were only interested in making the sale and grabbing my cash. They sent me a poor-quality porcelain item and then just washed their hands of the issue, passing my complaint off to the manufacturer. I found myself going in circles between the manufacturer and their claims department. I even filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General, but they never responded. I won't ever do business with this company again, and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone. They deceived me, twisted their words, and the owner even threatened to sue me if I posted a negative review. All their staff seem well-trained in dodging responsibility when it comes to complaints.

The buying experience was top-notch, super simple. The rep, I think her name was Isidra, was really nice, had quick access to pricing info, and took care of the order details fast and precisely. I haven't gotten the product yet, so I can't say anything about how quick the delivery is or the quality.

Dennis, the salesperson, really went the extra mile to secure the best price on the tiles we were keen on for our two bathrooms in the new house we're constructing. I’d definitely suggest checking out this store!

I've been collaborating with Noble & Regal for several years on various projects. My most recent endeavor is a complete renovation of my home. It was great to chat with a familiar face once more.

The service from the salesman was solid, but there was a hiccup with the delivery. It was supposed to arrive in two days, but the trucking company only makes deliveries to my place on Fridays. There really needs to be better communication between the trucking company and sales to get the delivery dates right. Also, I was pretty let down by how different the color of the sample was compared to what I actually received.

Dennis is truly the best advisor I could think of, always considerate, digs into all the details, and treats everyone fairly.

We were on the hunt to switch out our carpet for the same shade and style of floor tiles that were already laid down in different areas of our new place. Other tile vendors just couldn't find the specific type and amount of porcelain plank tiles we required to finish our flooring job. Regal put in a lot of effort to track down enough tiles with a matching dye lot. Plus, they offered us a fantastic price and even quicker delivery than we had anticipated!
